Kevin has lived in the Seneca/Clemson area for over 30 years. He grew up in the local school system and graduated from Seneca High School in 1990. For those of you who know scouting and what it stands for, he is an Eagle Scout. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Clemson University. After college, he pursued a 13 year career in boat sales at a local marine dealership, serving many customers on the shores of Lake Keowee, Harwell and Lake Jocassee. He has acquired vast knowledge about service, sales, and business that he has taken and incorporated it into his real estate business. In August 2003, he joined the real estate world and hasn't looked back.
He has either lived, fished, swam, skied, or boated on Lakes Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee for those same 30 years….and counting! If you are looking for property or a residence in or around this area or looking to sell your property or home, he would enjoy the chance to work for you. |

As an area resident for over 25 years, Melanie loves where she works and loves what she does. Melanie has grown up on these area lakes and wants to create those same memories with her own family. When they are not at the baseball park routing on her son or on the hunt for the next fashion craze with her daughter, you will find Melanie, her husband Troy and their two children, out on the water.
As an experienced Realtor, she truly understands the stress a real estate transaction can bring and her goal is to always exceed the client's expectations. So whether it is nervous enthusiasm while purchasing or an unsettling anxiousness while selling, know that she has been there, both personally and professionally, and will be there for you. The foundation of her real estate career was built several years ago on the philosophy that "every client is a client for life". She has helped hundreds of people meet their real estate goals and looks forward to assisting you with yours. |

My husband, Gregg and I are life-long residents of Oconee County. I grew up in a family of builder’s. My father was a masonry contractor and builder, as well as my four brothers. Gregg, has been an owner of Davis Brothers Lumber Company for over 35 years. Eighteen years ago, he received his builder’s license and has built many beautiful homes in our area. I suppose it was only natural that I would go into a similar career. In 1989, I formed my own design company, Davis Designs, Inc. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity, challenges and wonderful people that this career opened up for me. For the past 26 years, I have designed and renovated numerous residential and commercial buildings with an emphasis on kitchen and bath design, as well as nursing homes, insurance offices and doctor complexes. Six years ago, it again seemed a natural thing to do to pursue an additional career as a real estate agent. With the added vision and knowledge of building, I am able to see past the furniture, paint colors and design to the structural and architectural changes that can be changed to fit the needs of my clients and customers. |

I grew up in the Atlana, Georgia suburbs never dreaming there was a reason to leave. After working with Bellsouth for 33 wonderful years the oppoturnity to retire appeared and I took it! It was a good life which taught me that quality service and commitment can make or break you. in preparation for this time my husband, Todd and I had been traveling through the Golden Corners of South Carolina admiring the area. We fell in love with Lake Keowee and st out searching for that perfrct parcel of land to build our dream home on. That began the dream we had and we have loved every day here since. I became a real estate agent to help others find their piece of paradise. |

Sharing her passion for this area, Cynthia works for both buyers and sellers of real estate and has created a real estate sales and service team based on integrity, experience, knowledge, dedication, customer service and results.
A native to the area and graduate of Clemson University with 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Cynthia began her real estate career in the windy city of Chicago, December of 2000, with 12 inches of snow on the ground. Traveling nationwide with a property management firm specializing in new construction and stalled properties, Cynthia lived on the West Coast, the Midwest, both North and Southeast. "I loved the experience of living around the country but soon realized that my native area was truly what I missed the most-there's simply no other place like the upstate of SC". Cynthia now lives in historic Pendleton and enjoys spending free time with her family. My promise to you: I Listen, I Communicate, I Deliver! |
